Will and I should arrive in Bordeaux on June the 12th. We are staying in St. Emilion, just 30 miles to the east, in the heart of the wine country.
Choices, choices, choices - Poitiers, LaRochelle and Cognac are on the way. Then there is the possibility of a detour to Angouleme (this city hugs a hill top and is the center of paper production), about 40 miles off the main route.
