culinary adventure

When we reach Europe, i hope to gain a new appreciation for food. Seeing food prepared properly and with skill will hopefully inspire me to cook as the Italians,french, or Spaniards do. Although in Kansas i don't have the abundance of fresh fish and produce, and can still cook with fresh ingredients and simple techniques to let the ingredients speak for them selves.
