what's for dinner

Rotherham chicken - it's what's for dinner, prepared perfectly by Adam Workman. It is a Jamie Oliver recipe. Adam's twist on this recipe is fresh thyme that is flowering and green beans, both from his private allotment.

Much of the produce comes from Adam's allotment which in a good year can feed a family of four. This evening we are eating new potatoes -biogold, broad beans - witcam mantea, and sweet peas.

Laurie says Adam is wearing a camo apron and nothing else.

Laurie helps.
